Had some food from Le Daisey’s for the first time out at Pemberton Parks Batty Bonfire tonight! We got a smoked turkey leg, some pulled pork sandwiches, some chicken quarters with baked beans, and hot dogs and french fries for the kids, and let me tell you it was all SO DELICIOUS! I hope to see them around again in the future at events because they’re legit!

I have over 20yrs of backyard barbecuing experience. It wasn’t until 2022 that I got into smoking BBQ. I began with a propane smoker, then to a pit boss pellet smoker, then to a Oklahoma Joe offset stick burner.
From there I became hooked on smoked BBQ with natural hardwoods. In June of 2024, with the help of my family, a smoker on a trailer, pop up tent, and tables I decided to take a leap of faith and start a BBQ business. In 2025, I was able to purchase a food trailer.
Now we are growing, building and booking more events due to our customers feedback. We look forward to making 2026 an excellent year!
